Specifications
A fully engineered structure, not a catalogue kit. Approximately 1,200 sq ft on a 30′×40′ footprint, finished in any RAL color.
Footprint and configuration shown are the standard Elias; every commission is engineered to your site and local code.
The classical French orangery was the most considered room on the estate: solid where it counted, glazed toward the light, crowned by a lantern that pulled the sky indoors. The Elias is that idea, re-engineered: hot-dip galvanized structural steel, floor-to-ceiling insulated glass, and a flat glass roof lantern, designed to American building codes and built to last for generations.
A ~1,200-square-foot, four-season pavilion that holds a dinner for forty, a wedding, a workout, a quiet Sunday, in any climate, all year.
Commissioned For
The Elias is engineered for four-season occupancy across very different settings.

A glass room is only as good as the day you least want to be in it. The Elias is engineered as a true four-season building, with structure, glazing, and climate specified together for your exact site.
Engineered to IBC / IRC and ASCE 7-22 for project-specific wind, snow, and seismic loads.
