The Elias · A Contemporary French Orangery

An orangery, engineered like a building.

The classical French orangery was the most considered room on the estate: solid where it counted, glazed toward the light, crowned by a lantern that pulled the sky indoors. The Elias is that idea, re-engineered: hot-dip galvanized structural steel, floor-to-ceiling insulated glass, and a flat glass roof lantern, designed to American building codes and built to last for generations.

A ~1,200-square-foot, four-season pavilion that holds a dinner for forty, a wedding, a workout, a quiet Sunday, in any climate, all year.

Four-Season Engineering

Beautiful in January.
Comfortable in July.

A glass room is only as good as the day you least want to be in it. The Elias is engineered as a true four-season building, with structure, glazing, and climate specified together for your exact site.

Engineered to IBC / IRC and ASCE 7-22 for project-specific wind, snow, and seismic loads.

HVAC-Ready Climate Control

Engineered thermal performance and conditioned-environment readiness, comfortable from a −30°C morning to a 45°C afternoon.

Solar-Control Low-E Glass

Insulated, argon-filled Low-E units with optional solar-control glazing manage glare and heat gain for even, soft daylight.

Condensation-Resistant Systems

Thermally considered detailing keeps the room quiet, efficient, and free of condensation, glass you can sit beside in any season.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel

Galvanized after fabrication (ASTM A123) and powder-coated, suitable for coastal and marine environments, built for decades.
